Cloudy & Rainy Conditions Expected Over Parts of Philippines During This Weekend, PAGASA Says

The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that cloud and rainy conditions are expected over some parts of the Philippines.

On Saturday (February 15, 2020), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. PAGASA reported that the northeast monsoon would continue to affect the country’s weather conditions.

The northeast monsoon would bring partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the remaining parts of Luzon. The localized thunderstorms are also expected to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over Visayas and Mindanao.

The weather agency also warned the residents in the affected areas to take precautionary measures for possible flashfloods and landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions are expected over Luzon, Visayas, Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of the country, according to the weather bureau.
