More than 40,000 China Coronavirus Cases Confirmed!

CHINA CORONAVIRUS CASES – The National Health Commission (NHC) recorded more than 40,000 confirmed cases of nCoV in China.

The novel coronavirus held Wuhan City in China under a lock-down. It is where the said rampant disease was first recorded.

Also called as nCoV, the novel coronavirus is one of the many strains of coronaviruses and is speculated to have stemmed from bats. The alleged cause is the bat soup served in the market in Wuhan.

More than 900 people died in China due to nCoV. Also, the count of infected people increases every day.

China Coronavirus Cases

The outbreak of the novel coronavirus in China has reached other countries. There are already confirmed cases in the Philippines, Hong Kong, United States, Japan, and France among other countries.

Most of the confirmed coronavirus patients in other countries came from Wuhan City. The first death case was recorded in the Philippines – a 44-year-old Chinese man who came from Wuhan. His partner, a 38-year-old Chinese woman, was the first confirmed case of nCoV in the country.

Currently, there is a travel ban in PH from foreigners from China and its neighboring countries like Macau. The authorities are monitoring more than 200 people suspected of possible nCoV infection.

Currently, based on a report on ABS-CBN News, more than 40,000 China cooronavirus cases are recorded by the National Health Commission. The exact number is 40,171.

Reportedly, 3,000 new cases were added on the record and the death toll is 908. A total of 91 death cases are from Hubei province which is the epicenter of the disease.
