Class Suspension In These Areas Due to nCoV (January 30)
WALANG PASOK – Several schools and colleges in the country have declared class suspension to take precautionary measures against novel coronavirus (nCoV).
The rampant spread of the 2019 novel coronavirus in different countries all around the world triggers fear and panic among the public. The disease has become the headline of both local and international outlets.
The deadly virus has already affected thousands of people and the death toll continues to increase. Many countries are already taking precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the disease.
The Philippine government is already imposing stricter rules and regulations on monitoring travelers coming from China. Some Chinese schools have already suspended the classes due to the new coronavirus.
On Thursday (January 30, 2020), several schools and universities in Metro Manila canceled their classes as a precautionary measure against the contagious virus. The suspension of classes has been made to ensure the safety of the students.
