The localized thunderstorms would also bring partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated rainshowers over Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao. The weather agency also advised the residents in the affected areas to take precautionary measures for possible flashfloods and landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the weather bureau said that the ongoing volcanic eruption in Taal could possibly reduce road visibility due to the ashfall in municipalities located in the western section of Taal.

The coastal water condition over northern Luzon would be moderate to rough while the slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions are expected over the remaining parts of the country, according to the weather bureau.
