RAMON ANG – Business magnate Ramon Ang speaks on death rumors about son Jomar Ang which erupted online days after he was rushed to hospital.

Rumors online has it that the son of San Miguel Corp President Ramon Ang died following serious injury sustained which caused him to be in critical condition and rushed to St. Luke’s Medical Center on Sunday, January 12. As his son was fighting for his life, the older And said in a statement, “On behalf of my family, I would like to express my sincerest appreciation for the outpouring of prayers, love, and concern for my son Jomar.”

This is after they have asked for privacy and not elaborating the condition of their son any further.

And just recently, in Fashion Pulis, they have reported that the younger Ang have already passed away but without of any details about his death. With this, Ramon broke his silence and dismissed the death rumors regarding his son.

Here’s the statement of the business magnate based on ABS-CBN’s report:

“I would like to appeal to the public to please help stop spreading false news about my son, Jomar. He is alive and still in hospital. Please do not pass on or share these rumors.”

To recall, Ramon Ang once got involved with Kapamilya actress Julia Barretto. He is one of Forbes’ wealthiest people in the Philippines and allegedly the one who brought the new house of the actress. In a previous article, he said this being linked to the young artist, “She could be my grandchild, so frankly I did not know how to react to this malicious rumor. When my own grandchildren grow up, perhaps they can all be friends.”
