Chinese Drunk Driver Refuse To Pay Additional Expenses unless Woman Marries Him
CHINESE DRUNK DRIVER – A Chinese drunk driver said he won’t pay the woman’s additional expenses unless she marries him.
Millions of people would confess that they have done some ridiculous or funny things while they’re drunk. Too much consumption of alcohol can make a person do dumb to odd things to themselves or to other people.
Their drunken acts are something will be completely forgotten in the morning like it never happened. The only thing that’s left is hungover.
Based on a report from Inquirer, there was a drunk driver whose date lost her leg in a car accident but he refused to pay for her medical bills unless she marries him. The Chinese man was identified as Zhang.
The drunk Chinese insisted to give his date named Ma a ride home after having a few shots last October in Anhui, China. His car flipped over and caused an injury on the woman’s right leg.
According to the report, Ma’s injury was so severe that it had to be amputated. Months after their accident, the woman has been suffered pain on her limb after losing one of her legs. Her left leg was treated for an infection.
She was raised alone by her mom who works as a gym cleaner. They have to loan 50,000 yuan to pay for her medical bills.
A common friend of Zhang and Ma set them up for a dinner date. They drank beer at a restaurant and went to a bar afterward to have wine. The woman was going to leave riding her electric bicycle but the guy took her keys and insisted to take her home in his car.
Based on the report, Ma remembered that the car flipped upside down while Zhang claimed that he totally forgot what happened that night. He paid 90,000 yuan for his dates’ surgery but won’t pay for additional treatment.
He told her that he will only pay for the additional expenses if she marries him. He wrote a mitigation letter so he won’t go to jail. The woman rejected his proposal saying, “I don’t even like him. How am I going to marry him?”
