Parents Criticize Barangay Chairman For Allegedly Forcing Young Kids To Smoke
A barangay chairman allegedly forced young children to smoke cigarettes, the parents of the kids criticized the public servant.
Barangay officials are public servants hired by the government to serve and assist the public regarding their transactions. They are tasked to perform specific job assignments in their area of jurisdictions.
Public servants should also implement the rules and regulations with love, respect, concern, and consideration towards others. They should also set a good example through their speech and action.
Recently, the Facebook page “The Mangyan’s” has shared the video footage of some parents complaining against a barangay chairman for allegedly forcing the young children to smoke cigarettes.
The barangay chairman is allegedly threatening to beat the young kids with a cudgel if they would not smoke a cigarette. The female public servant also penalized the children for disobeying her.
The disappointed parents lambasted the barangay official for her irresponsible action. The victims also revealed how the lady official maltreated them.
