According to an article from Inquirer, the Kalibo airport is expected to re-open on Friday, December 27. Ursula has slowed down as its center is moving over the West Philippine Sea.
The Typhoon is forecasted to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) within the next 48 hours according to PAGASA.
