Concerned Netizen Expresses Fury Towards Two Air-Conditioned Buses That Allegedly Refused to Give Ride to Aetas

DISCRIMINATION ACT – A concerned netizen lambasted two air-conditioned buses allegedly refused to give ride to Aetas.

Nowadays, bus is one of the most common public utility vehicles not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world. Many people prefer to take a bus to reach their point of destination.

Buses were also offering a more convenient yet affordable ride to the commuters. It also gives an easier and faster ride that attracts more passengers. However, commuters could experience inconvenience during the trip.

Two Air-Conditioned Buses

Unfortunately, some bus drivers are choosing their passengers, which is considered as a violation of traffic rules and regulations.

Recently, a Facebook user named Mikhael Petito has expressed his disappointment towards two air-conditioned buses of Victory Liner, Inc. The buses allegedly refused to give a ride towards the Aetas.

Petito helped the indigenous family to get a ride inside of a mini ordinary bus heading to Sta. Cruz, Pampanga.

Habang naghihintay ako ng bus papuntang Pasay napansin ko sila sa gilid ng shed may kausap na babae. Nacurious ako and lumapit kung saan sila papunta. Nalaman ko sa Sta. Cruz, Pampanga lang sila at AYAW SILANG PASAKAYIN sa mga aircon na bus?!?!?🤯🤬😡 2 bus na daw ang dumaan and tinanggihan silang isakay 😭
Hindi ko naabutan yung hindi sila sinakay. Ready na akong makipagbalyahan at isakay sila sa susunod na bus .Maya maya may mini ordinary bus (hindi aircon) na dumating tinulungan namin sila ni ate and sinakay naman sila.

Hi Victory Liner, Inc. , may existing rules ba kayo na namimili ng sasakay?
Ayon kay ate na nag assist din sa knila 2 victory liner bus ang tinanggihan sila.

EDIT: Sa mga nagtatanong, Aetas po sila hindi po mga insane or what. Aetas are indigenous people po from Luzon.”
