PAGASA – Weather bureau PAGASA said that the Philippines will face cloudy skies and scattered rains this December 13 (Friday).

The bureau elaborated that the northeast monsoon or amihan, easterlies, and localized thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila, as well as the rest of the country. They further warned the public of possible flash floods and landslides in rain-affected areas.

According to Inquirer, wind speed forecast shows that extreme Northern Luzon will face strong winds in the northeast direction with rough (2.8 to 4.5 meters) coastal waters.

Meanwhile, the rest of Luzon will have moderate to strong winds moving in the northeast direction with rough (1.2 to 2.8 meters) coastal waters.

Based on the report, Visayas and Mindanao will have light to moderate winds moving east to northeast winds with slight to moderate (0.6 to 2.1 meters) coastal waters.

As for the temperature, Metro Manila will face a maximum 31 degrees Celsius, 26 degrees Celsius in Tagaytay, 23 degrees Celsius in Baguio. and 28 degrees Celsius in Davao and Cebu.
