PAGASA – Scattered Rains And Cloudy Skies In December 12

PAGASA – Weather bureau PAGASA said that the country will face scattered rains and cloudy skies this December 12 (Thursday).

The bureau elaborated that scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ will be faced by the Palawan province and Mindanao.

According to Inquirer, the bureau further warned residents in the aforementioned areas of flash floods and landslides.

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora and Quezon will face cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon or amihan. Citizens residing in coastal and mountainous areas will expect windy conditions.

As per the report, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.

Meanwhile, Visayas and the rest of Mindanao will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

As for the temperature, Metro Manila and Cebu will face a maximum 31 degrees Celsius, 26 degrees Celsius in Tagaytay, 22 degrees Celsius in Baguio. and 31 degrees Celsius in Davao.
