Disney PH And SM Skating Collabs For Frozen 2 Skating Rink
INTO THE UNKNOWN – Disney Philippines and SM skating collaborated to bring us a Frozen 2 themed skating rink in SM Seaside Cebu City.
Frozen 2 has been one of the biggest films of 2019 breaking. The film inspires a lesson of finding one’s self amidst self-doubt and fears.
Now, you can also venture into the unknown with SM Seaside’s latest Frozen 2 themed skating rink. Starting from December 5 to January 31, fans could experience this magical journey.
There are also fun activities and freebies for all those skating patrons. The rink’s glass follows the autumn theme of the movie.
On the outside, you are greeted by autumn trees. This signifies where the main characters, Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf start their adventure.
According to an article from Cebu Daily News, skaters will receive freebies every Saturday from November 23 until December 14. That is if you skate at the special rate of P450.
There is also merchandise available on sale during the activation until December. Adding to this, there is also a special promo deal for shoppers of Toy Kingdom and SM store when buying Frozen 2 merch.
The sequel to the 2013 blockbuster broke several records upon its release. It debuted with a whopping $127 million domestically in the US and $350.2 million worldwide.
In addition, the movie broke the record for the biggest Global Opening of all time for an animated film. It also topped international opening of all time for the same category.
