Patricia Javier was crowned as the first-ever Noble Queen of the Universe 2019
Actress Patricia Javier was hailed as the first-ever Noble Queen of the Universe 2019 in the coronation night that took place at Manila Hotel on December 1.
Before Patricia entered the show business, she already competed in the Binibining Pilipinas. It was not a thing to be wondered about when she joined the Mrs. Universe Philippines.
When the 21 candidates of the said beauty pageant was presented before the members of the media, the Pinay actress/beauty queen was chosen as the Darling of the Press along with Miss Russia.
During the pageant night, Patricia garnered various special awards, according to the article from Philippine Entertainment Portal. It was also said that she was the crowd favorite.
The whole pageant program lasted for 6 hours because it also included the awarding ceremony for the Most Prominent Women Empowerment recognition. Several women in the Philippines were awarded such as actress Gladys Reyes and comedienne Pokwang.
Both of them expressed gratitude for the recognition that they received. “Thank you for this recognition. Dati po, Little Miss Philippines lang po ako pero ngayon, nakakatuwa na kailangan talaga mag-gown para sa koronang ito. First time ko po na maka-receive ng recognition with a crown and plaque,” Gladys said.
Pokwang had this statement, that showed her funny side, for the award that she received: “First time ko pong makaranas na may pa-korona na ganito. Feeling beauty queen din ako. Dati, nag-join din ako sa mga pa-beauty contest. Pumatol na ako sa mga Miss Gay, talo pa rin ako. Totoo ‘yan, pero sa pagiging nanay, dun talaga ako gumanda nang bonggang-bongga. Ang bawat kababaihan, lahat magaganda, especially ang mga nanay dahil nag-alay ng buhay para sa kanilang mga anak. Thank you, maraming-maraming salamat po, kakaiba talaga. Sa lahat ng nanay, ako ang mukhang tatay!”
