Class Suspension Declared In These Areas on Friday (November 22)

WALANG PASOK – Several local government units have declared class suspension in different areas due to different reasons.

Earlier this week, a magnitude 5.9 earthquake struck the province of Bukidnon at 9:23 pm on Monday (November 18, 2019). The powerful tremor causes damage to several buildings and establishments.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology located the quake’s epicenter in the town of Kadingilan in Bukidnon. The volcanology agency recorded 33 aftershocks following the incident.

Class Suspension

On Friday (November 22, 2019), the city government of Kadilingan in Bukidnon declared the cancellation of classes in all levels in both public and private schools.

Several local government units have declared class cancellation in different areas due to various events and occasions. Here is the list of some proclamations.

  • Proclamation No. 848 declares the date as a special non-working holiday in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija in observance of their Annual Thanksgiving Day.
