The song spread like wildfire thanks to a video posted by a netizen named Jaira Mendoza Escueta where her child recorded herself singing the parody version of “Just Another Woman In Love” by Anne Murray.

According to KAMI, the man who claimed to be the composer of the song was none other than Joemarie Torillo, who works as a security guard in Bacolod City.

Torillo proved to Raffy Tulfo that he was the composer of the song by telling the backstory of how the song was composed.

In his backstory, he overheard his neighbors’ quarrel. They were married couples and the wife complained her spouses’ addiction to cockfighting. That inspired him to make the said song.

He complained a YouTuber and a vlogger named Vic Desucatan for singing the song without crediting him.

Tulfo then contacted Vic, who clarified that he never stole the lyrics from the composer and further said that he credited Torillo for the lyrics.

Based on the report, all Torillo asked for Vic was not money but rather a public apology, which Vic agreed and did immediately.

Torillo then forgave Viv and further thanked him for popularizing his parody of Anne Murray’s song.
