Moira Dela Torre Helps Mindanao Quake Victims

MOIRA DELA TORRE – ABS-CBN singer Moira Dela Torre help raise funds for the quake victims in Mindanao.

Mindanao was hit by a strong earthquake last week. Lots of people have offered some help to the victims. Among them are Davao City Sarah Duterte, Vice President Leni Robredo, Senator Bong Go, and Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin.

In a previous article, “The General’s Daughter” actress went to North Cotabato to distribute relief goods. She was accompanied by her soon-to-be-husband Neil Arce.

A netizen compared the trucks used by Angel Locsin and Leni Robredo to transport relief goods. The actress used a huge truck while the politician used a multi-cab with her name on it. Angel gained praise after lending a helping hand to them.

Meanwhile, Kapamilya singer Moira Dela Torre also made an effort to help the quake victims in Mindanao. She became a barista for a day to help raise funds. Based on a report from PUSH, her husband Jason Hernandez co-owns the shop.

The singer who celebrated her 27th birthday on November 4, took to Instagram to announce that she became a barista at a popular milk tea and coffee shop in Makati.

“For my birthday today, I am Barista Moi in @macaoimperialteaph Makati Ayala Columns branch again and leaving this box here for those who want to help the people affected by the earthquake in Mindanao,” she wrote.

Moira Dela Torre asked her followers to help the quake victims and support her cause. “So many lost their homes and loved ones. They also don’t have access to water among so many other things. And so for my birthday, I want to ask for your help to send whatever amount you can to them,” she added.
