Dennis Trillo Is Latest GMA-7 To Star in ABS-CBN Film
DENNIS TRILLO – Kapuso actor Dennis Trillo is the latest to cross over as Kapamilya movie star after Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza.
Kapuso actors Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza recently had a cross over project to the ABS-CBN network. Alden was paired with Teen Queen Kathryn Bernardo on the movie entitled “Hello Love Goodbye” while Maine became the leading lady of Carlo Aquino in the movie “Isa Pa With Feelings.”
Alden and Kathryn’s Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) movie was set in Hong Kong. Their movie is now the highest grossing Filipino film of all time.
Based on a report from ABS-CBN, Dennis Trillo is the latest Kapuso star to cross over to the rival network for a film project. He considered one of the best actors in this generation and has been a certified Kapuso since 2002. He has starred on several films and tv series such as “One Great Love,” “Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow,” “My Husband’s Lover,” and Cain at Abel.”
Dennis Trillo is set to star in an upcoming horror film entitled “Hellcome Home” produced by Star Cinema. According to the report, he previously worked with ABS-CBN’s flagship film outfit in 2015 for his movie “You’re Still the One.”
“Masaya at palaging magandang experience dahil iyon pa lang pong thought na makakatrabaho ko ang Star Cinema, nakakasiguro na ako na quality na proyekto ang gagawin ko…”
“Bukod doon ay makaka experience din akong makatrabaho ang mga artistang hindi ko madalas makita at makatrabaho,” he added.
According to the report, Dennis Trillo stars the movie alongside Raymond Bagatsing, Gillian Vicencio, Beauty Gonzales, Alyssa Muhlach, and Teejay Marquez among others.
The Kapuso actor will portray the character of Peter Villareal. He and his family just moved in to a haunted house. He admitted that making a horror movie is challenging.
