Alyssa Muhlach has this answer to the question about harassment in showbiz
Beauty queen/actress Alyssa Muhlach was asked about the “harassment” in show business and here is her answer.
Alyssa is the daughter of showbiz personality Almira Muhlach and former PBA star Bong Alvarez.
It is but natural for her to have an inclination in the entertainment industry. However, more than being an actress, Alyssa also ventured into a beauty pageant.
She represented that Philippines in Reina Hispanoamericana 2018 pageant. After her pageant stint, she was given a few showbiz projects.
The young actress is included in the movie titled Clarita with Jodi Sta. Maria, Arron Villaflor, and Ricky Davao.
Aside from this, she is currently taping for the Kapamilya teleserye Kapalaran with Arci Munoz and JM de Guzman.
Alyssa said that she is satisfied of the pace of her showbiz career, based on the report from Philippine Entertainment Portal.
In line with this, she was asked if she ever experienced harassment or exploitation in order to be where she is not in the entertainment industry.
“No. Sa akin po, wala naman po. It’s not also ano to ask me kasi medyo bago ako, so hindi ko rin po alam yung mga… Kasi, my mom naman po is also with ABS-CBN, and wala naman po siyang naikukuwento,” she answered.
“And my mom is in this industry [since she was] 14, 15 years old? Sobrang tagal na rin po ng mom ko!” Alyssa Muhlach added.
She was also asked if she auditioned for Darna. The young actress said that she did not. Although she thought about it, Alyssa said that there are more deserving actresses for the role who are more experienced that her.
“I feel like it has to be given to someone po kasi talaga na talagang ready. Coz it’s such an iconic role, and basically, I just don’t wanna mess it up!” Alyssa shared, based on the article.
