PAGASA: Cloudy Skies And Rains In Parts Of Philippines (September 26)

PAGASA – Weather state bureau PAGASA recently said that cloudy skies and isolated rains will be faced in several parts of the Philippines.

The bureau said in their morning forecast that the northeasterly surface windflow will continue to affect northern Luzon.

According to GMA News, cloudy skies with rain and isolated thunderstorms will be faced by the following:

  • Batanes
  • Isabela
  • Cagayan
  • Babuyan Group of Islands

The capital, on the other hand, as well as the rest of the country, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains due to localized thunderstorms.

The bureau further warned the public of flash floods or landslides that will occur during thunderstorms.

As for the wind speed forecast, northern Luzon will have moderate to strong moving north east and its coastal waters will range from moderate to rough.

As per the report, the rest of the Philippines will have light to moderate winds moving north east to east and its coastal waters will be from slight to moderate.
