Video of Traffic Enforcer, Motorist Playing ‘Jack En Poy’

The duties of the traffic enforcer are to make sure that the traffic rules are followed by motorists. Aside from that, the help people cross pedestrians and show directions.
In the Philippines, traffic enforcers were deployed in all corners of the city streets to patrol. Recently, there was a video of a traffic enforcer playing ‘jack en poy’ with a motorist.
Their video was shared on the Facebook Page of ABS-CBN News. The post has generated 1.5K reactions, 223 shares, and 108K views as of this writing.
Based on the caption, the traffic enforcer challenged the driver to defeat him on the rock-paper-scissors game after he violated a traffic rule. The traffic violator named Eugene Manimog claimed that he was heading to the hospital to visit his child but he forgot to bring his license and papers.
The traffic officer decided to give him a chance. The enforcer will not confiscate his vehicle if he defeats him by playing ‘jack en poy.’ Unfortunately, the driver loses the game and his motorcycle was impounded.
According to the report, the driver got his motorcycle back after he talked to the enforcer and showed the documents. He promised that he won’t be driving without bringing his documents again.
