Isko Moreno expressed his anguish about it during his Capital Repost. The video was uploaded on the Facebook Page of Raffy Tulfo Defenders.

It can be seen on the video that the mayor was obviously disgusted by the sellers who accept second-hand phones from thieves. He warned the management of Tutuban mall and Isetann Recto to stop accepting stolen phones or he will close the entire mall.

“I will close the entire mall, I will close the entire Isetann Recto Mall kapag patuloy ninyong kinakalinga, pinapayagan ang mga secondhand cellphone vendors,” he said.
