Wowowin Dancer Is PH Bet For Miss Polo International 2019
WOWOWIN DANCER – The Wowowin dancer, Ayrra Averilla, will represent the Philippines’ for Miss Polo International 2019 in Dubai.
We can’t deny that the Filipinas are very competitive when it comes to beauty pageants. The country have won the Miss Universe title four times. They are Margie Moran, Gloria Diaz, Pia Wurtzbach, and Catriona Gray.
The Philippines’ bet for Miss Polo International 2019 was interviewed at NAIA hours before her flight for Dubai to prepare. She disclosed that she was one of the Wowowin dancers before getting picked to represent her country in an international pageant.
Based on a report from Manila Bulletin, Philippines’ rep for the prestigious competition that advocates education among the youth was among the ‘Wowowin’ dancers. The beauty pageant will be this coming September 15.
Ayrra Averilla vowed to her supporters and fans that she’ll try her best to win the crown. “Pangako o po na gagawin ko ang best ko para maiuwi ang korona mula sa Miss Polo International,” she said.
According to the report, Averilla expressed that she’s excited to see Dubai again. She previously worked there as a receptionist for a famous hotel.
“I worked there for two years. After my stint in Dubai, I went back to the Philippines to pursue my passion in pageant,” said the dancer.
After working there for two years, she returned to the Philippines and joined several regional beauty contests. She eventually became one of the winners.
Based on the report, she auditioned to play ‘Wowowin’s segment Wheel of Fortune. She was later approached by the head of the program’s dance team, Anna Feliciano. Averilla was offered to join as one of the dancers. The beauty queen was asked what he learned from the show’s main host, Willie Revillame.
“He taught us discipline and hard work. Of course, lagi niya kaming pinapa-alalahanan na magpasalamat sa Diyos at magdasal,” she answered.
