Tawag Ng Tanghalan: Kapuso Singers React To Post Of Shantal Cuizon

Kapuso singers reacted to Tawag Ng Tanghalan semi-finalist attitude.

TAWAG NG TANGHALAN – These Kapuso singers have reacted to the attitude of aspiring singer Shantal Cuizon from Tawag Ng Tanghalan.

A Tawag Ng Tanghalan semi-finalist, Shantal Cuizon, recently lambasted online for degrading the songwriter, arranger, musical director, and album producer Louie Ocampo in a controversial post on Twitter where she said “Composer ka lang”. This was after her performance where she narrowly survived and the head judge at that time warned her three times for her mistakes.

The Showtime host Vice Ganda reacted to it and admitted that he got offended over it. The Kapamilya comedian even quipped that there are mistake one person shouldn’t be proud of. And Lea Salonga also felt bad about it. Anne Curtis also added that in every competition, the participant must always be sport enough to accept whatever the come out of the performance is.

Broadway Diva expressed, “My gosh! First of all, don’t say blank ka lang to anyone in any profession because minamaliit mo ang propesyon ng iba, when every profession is one of dignity so huwag mong ila-lang ang kahit sino.”

Now, in a conference, the Kapuso artists and judges of The Clash Christian Bautista, Aiai Delas Alas, and Lani Misalucha have reacted to it based on PEP’s report. The two of them objected and slammed the attitude shown by the aspiring singer from TNT stressing that it shouldn’t be that especially to newbies like her.

Meanwhile, Shantal did not make it to the final round of the Kapamilya singing competition for amateur singers.
