Here’s what Bing Loyzaga shared about her nephew Diego Loyzaga
Actress Bing Loyzaga talked about the “pinagdaanan” of her nephew Kapamilya actor Diego Loyzaga.
November of 2018, rumors about the alleged suicide attempt of the young actor circulated online. Along with that, his stint in the Kapamilya afternoon series Los Bastardos was ended so suddenly. When the news about this surfaced, Diego took a break from showbiz.
A few months ago, his mother, Teresa Loyzaga opened up about the depression he had but the veteran actress talked about it in general. Last month, Diego started to post again on his social media account. However, no one from his camp has confirmed his showbiz comeback.
In line with this, Bing Loyzaga was asked by Abante columnist Ruel Mendoza. She said that the last time she talked with her nephew, the latter did not mention returning to showbiz soon. However, Bing shared that Diego is okay now. “Medyo maayos na ‘yung bata. Happy na siya ulit,” she said.
Bing added that she understands what her nephew has been through. “Hindi madali for somebody like him to be burdened with so much pressure, lalo na sa mundo na ginagalawan niya which is showbiz,” the actress said.
When it comes to Diego’s showbiz comeback, Bing said that her older sister Teresa is the one who can answer the said question, based on the article. “What I can say is kung may naging magandang nangyari kay Diego, that is yung naging mas klaro na ang isipan niya and he was able to spend lots of time with his family na suportado siya,” she added.
