Janno Gibbs broke his silence on his past “controversial photo”
Singer-comedian Janno Gibbs has broken his silence on his past “controversial photo” which circulated on social media.
It can be recalled last year that Janno became a trending topic online because of a scandalous photo which appeared to be him. Comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz said that Janno could deny the photo but netizens are smarter now.
After a year, during a recent press conference of Janno Gibbs latest movie Sanggano, Sanggago’t Sanggwapo with Andrew E and Dennis Padilla, he spoke about this indirectly. Based on the report from PEP, it was obvious that he tried to avoid to answer questions about his controversial photo.
However, the singer-comedian admitted that he was down during the difficult time he encountered. “Talagang medyo na-down ako, hindi ko naman itinatanggi yun. But now, I’m very happy na I’m with Viva, at bumabalik ulit ang confidence ko. Medyo missing in action talaga, admittedly,” Janno said.
He also admitted that he had several problems in the past but he is glad that Viva is now taking care of his career. Janno added that his confidence and enthusiasm to work already came back. Aside from this, he enumerated his ongoing and upcoming projects when it comes to his singing and acting career. He is portraying a supporting role in a movie with Dindong Dantes and his latest single under Viva Records is already out.
Janno Gibbs also gave a message to his supporters telling them not to worry anymore, based on the report. “I’m fine. Alam kong marami akong pinagdaanan na issues, but I have my family. I have a very good family support, and I’ve always been okay. I’m looking forward for the future,” the singer-comedian shared.
