THE ROCK – Dwayne Johnson got a jaw-dropping earning making him as Forbes’ highest-paid actor in the recent annual release.

Undeniably, one of the most prominent international celebrities is actor Dwayne Johnson. More commonly called as “The Rock”, Dwayne is one of the actors of several movies that became a hit across the globe.

Dwayne starred “Jumanji” and he also became a part of the hit movie series, “The Fast and Furious”. Not to mention many would surely not forget his “Baywatch” film with Zac Efron, Alexandra Daddario, Jon Bass, Priyanka Chopra, and Kelly Rohrbach.

Rampage, Skyscraper, and San Andreas also gathered the crowd in cinemas when they were released. They were top-billed by no other than Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

Recently, Forbes’ magazine named Dwayne Johnson as the highest-paid actor in its recent annual release. The Rock got a jaw-dropping earning from June 2018 to June 2019.

Based on a report on GMA News, Forbes magazine cited that the action star earned $89.4 million in just a year. The amount is inclusive of his salary and his personal shares from the profits of the movies he made.

The action star reportedly earns $700,000.00 for every episode of “Ballers”, a series that can be watched through the HBO channel. He also earned from Under Armour.

Based on the report, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson landed second on last year’s list. George Clooney made it on top after selling his company. For this year, several stars of the Avengers: Endgame made it to the annual release.

Avenger’s Thor, Chris Hemsworth, landed second on the list as he got $76.4 million. He’s followed by Robert Downey Jr. who played as Iron Man in the hit movie. He secured $66 million in one year.

Reportedly, the figures presented above are pre-tax. It means that the amounts do not include the deductions for those given to their managers, lawyers, and agents as fees.
