PAGASA reported that Tropical Storm Hanna with an international name “Lekima” is almost stationary after it was last spotted at 815 kilometers east of Calayan, Cagayan.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country would have isolated rain showers or localized thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.
Meanwhile, the weather agency warned the fisher folks that sea travel over the seaboards of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao remains risky.
Hanna was expected to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Friday (August 9, 2019), according to the weather bureau.
