Apollo Quiboloy Claims God has ‘Chosen’ Sara Duterte To Be Next President of PH
SARA DUTERTE – Pastor Apollo Quiboloy said God has ‘chosen’ Sara Duterte to be the next president of the country.
Filipina politician, lawyer and current Mayor of Davao City Sara Duterte-Carpio is the daughter of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
Based on a report from Inquirer, the chief executive won’t allow his daughter to run for president. He’s also confident that Sara won’t even think about running for that position in the future.
“‘Yang anak ko I will advise her to lay off. Pero if I know Inday hindi yan tatakbo ng presidente. Wise masayado ‘yan si Inday,” he said.
President Rodrigo Duterte and his family is close to ‘Kingdom of Jesus Christ, The Name Above Every Name, Inc.’ leader Apollo Quiboloy.
On the tv program “Give Us This Day” the pastor said he sees that Sara Duterte will be the future president of the country.
Apollo Quiboloy said in his program that God is the one who selects the presidents in the country.
“Well, I think the presidency is a gift from God… it is God who determines it. You don’t aspire for it.”
“Many in our experiences, [those] who aspire for it, where are they now? But for those who don’t aspire for it, God gave it to them, like our current president. And I believe that our mayor here is chosen for that also,” he added.
The pastor refused to elaborate on the “signs” he received from God but he believed that Sara Duterte will follow her father’s footsteps.
“But in the coming days, I will pray to God na kung ‘yung pinakita ng Diyos sa akin ay ayun ‘yun, I will be very, very glad…”
“I believe Mayor Sara here, god has a big, big plan for her. And this is for the Philippines,” he added.
The presidential daughter, Sara Duterte said she’ll think about it first and pray if that position in the government is really for her.
“Before I think about that, I should ask God first if this is for me… Siguro para hindi tayo magkamali, we need to pray for wisdom on how to go about it and how to decide,” Sara said.
