A Facebook user named Kevn Tan has shared the photos of Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio outside the hospital after assisting an ailing foreigner.
Tan narrated Inday Sara ordered her driver to stop the vehicle although it was a protocol violation and rescued a foreigner who suffered seizure along the sidewalk while heading to Quezon City.
The presidential daughter ordered the PSG to take the foreigner and personally brought him at the nearest hospital for immediate medical attention.
The foreigner is now stable and in good condition because of Sara Duterte’s concern to him.
