Mr. Duterte rose to fame after taking the highest government position in the Philippines and because of his anti-illegal drug campaign.

Apollo Quiboloy is the founder of a religious group called the Kingdom of Jesus Christ who claims to be the ‘Appointed Son of God’.
Recently, a Facebook user named Aldrin C. Capili has shared the throwback photo of the three personalities during their younger years.
The photo seems to be taken more than a decade ago wherein a huge difference in their physical appearance is noticeable.
The photo has a caption of:
