SK Chairman Slain In Front of her House

SK CHAIRMAN – Daraga, Albay SK Chairman, Jane Nuñez Moneda, was slain in front of her house.

Recently, in the home of the Cagsawa Ruins, a Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) chairman was shot in front of their house.

Based on a report from Philstar, SK chairman Jane Nuñez Moneda was shot to death by his visitors on Monday, July 22 around 3 p.m.

Residents on the area said the 25-year-old victim was just talking with those four men outside her house in Purok 2, Brgy. Ibaugan, Daraga Albay.

According to the report, the SK Chairman’s neighbors said they heard gunshots in front of their house and claimed she was shot by his visitors.

The 25-year-old public servant obtained 4 gunshot wounds in different parts of her body.

Based on the report, Police Regional Office (PRO)-5 Director Brig. Gen. Arnel Escobal said the four suspects and the SK Chairman had an argument.

A few moments later, the unidentified suspects shot the young politician. Escobal said they continued firing even though her body was on the floor.

On the Facebook Page of Provincial Youth Development Office – Albay, they shared a post saying some youth in Albay calls for justice on Jane’s death.

They also expressed their condolences to the family of the victim.
