SONA 2019 – Here’s the video of Bato Dela Rosa getting ready for his pictorial as a senator during SONA 2019.

Politician Ronald Marapon “Bato” Dela Rosa is the former Philippine National Police (PNP) chief.

The 57-year-old retired police officer now serves as one of the Senators in the Philippines.

On May, Bato Dela Rosa was bashed over his views on illegal Chinese workers in the country. He said these foreign workers should be given a chance to comply with the state’s requirements.

“Illegal is illegal, ‘di ba? Kung illegal, eh dapat gawing legal… Dapat kunin nila lahat ng requirements,” he said.

The senator’s statement about the Chinese earned lots of criticisms from the online community.

Now, Senator Bato Dela Rosa will be attending the 4th SONA of President Rodrigo “Digong” Duterte.

Most of the newbie senators like him will be attending the event such as Imee Marcos, Bong Go, and Francis Tolentino.

Recently, a video of Bato Dela Rosa preparing for the Davaoeño’s SONA emerged on social media.

Based on the caption of ABS-CBN’s Tweet, the senator was getting ready for his pictorial as a new Senator.

It can be seen on the video that a make-up artist was putting makeup on the face and forehead of the politician.

The speech of the 74-year-old chief executive will start at 4 p.m. in the afternoon today.
