Manny Pacquiao’s son Jimuel Pacquiao wants his father to retire from his boxing career after its victory over Keith Thurman.

The Filipino boxing champion Manny Pacquiao was able to beat the undefeated American boxer Keith Thurman for the WBA (Super) Welterweight World Championship.

The Pinoy eight-division world champion proved once again that age is just a number after giving Thurman an early knockdown in the first round.

Pacman also landed a solid body shot that obviously hurt Thurman in the tenth round, which gives him the victory via split decision.

Recently, Jimuel Pacquiao, the boxing champ’s son wants his dad to retire from boxing but he will still support his father’s decision.

“For me he can actually stop na. I mean he’s 40 and he has nothing to prove. He’s already a legend in boxing. But I’ll support him in whatever he does, whatever his choice is,” Jimuel said.

The 18-year-old boxer made the statement after his dad defeated Thurman at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

However, Manny Pacquiao said that he will pursue his boxing career and looking for a match next year.
