LBM HOME REMEDY – Here are some of the most effective ways and methods to get rid of diarrhea or low bowel movement (LBM).
Diarrhea or also called as low bowel movement is a condition where you release frequent, loose, and watery stools. Common causes of this are foods upsetting digestive system, alcohol abuse, certain food allergies, abuse of laxative intake, and among others. Meanwhile, its symptoms include bloating, cramps, and the more serious ones that need medical attention immediately are blood or mucus in stool, weight loss, and fever.

In order to treat and cure such miserable situation and condition, here are some remedies to it that effectively works:
- Drink Gatorade in order to replace the fluids your body have released. Or you can also make your own electrolyte drink by mixing 6 teaspoons of sugar, a half teaspoon of salt, and a liter of water.
- Avoid fruit juices as fructose are hard to digest.
- Eat clear foods for a day or two like chicken broth.
- Cook carrots until its soft and then blend with some water until the mixture turns into something like good for a baby. Eat half a cup every hour.
- Eat yogurt.
- Take the BRAT diet: Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast.
- Avoid foods such as berries, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, coffee, corn, ice cream, milk, and green leafy vegetables.
- You can eat foods such as oatmeal, peeled potatoes either baked or boiled, baked chicken without skin, and chicken soup.
