Traffic Enforcer Apprehends Motorist & Its Back Rider Who Wears Stainless Pot as ‘Helmet’

A back rider dubbed as ‘Kaldero Man’ wearing a stainless pot as ‘Helmet’ while riding on a motorcycle was caught by a traffic enforcer in Tuguegarao.

Traffic rules and regulations are very important to ensure the safety of both motorists and pedestrians along the road.

Motorcycle riders and their back riders are required to wear safety gears including safety helmets while traveling along the road.

The traffic authorities would impose corresponding sanctions and penalties towards traffic offenders.

Recently, a Facebook user named Mark Leones Martin has shared the video footages of a motorist and its back rider who is wearing a stainless pot as a helmet in Solana, Tuguegarao.

However, a traffic enforcer apprehended the motorist and ‘Kaldero Man’ identified as Rodolfo Chavez Jr. for violating the No Helmet, No Travel ordinance.

The traffic cops revealed that Chavez and the motorcycle rider were under the influence of alcohol at the time of apprehension.

Chavez is charged to pay a fine of P200 for violating the city ordinance.
