It is a story about the lady who disguises herself as a guy to take her father’s place in an effort to defeat their enemies.

Based on a report from Insider, Chinese actress Liu Yifei will play the titular heroine, Mulan. She previously starred on the several movies such as Outcast and The Forbidden Kingdom.
The 30-year old actress beat out more than 1,000 actresses who auditioned for the role.
Chinese actor, producer, and martial artist Jet Li will play as the Emperor of China.
Li reportedly turned down the role but his daughter encouraged him to join the casting to help promote the Chinese culture.
Donnie Yen will play as Mulan’s mentor. The 55-year-old actor is the lead actor of “Ip Man” and was featured on “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.”
Chinese-born Singaporean actress Gong-Li is set to pay as the powerful witch.
Chinese-Vietnamese actress Xana Tang will play as Mulan’s sister.
New Zealand actor Yoson An will be the lead character’s love interest, Chen Honghui.
Actor Ron Yuan is playing a soldier Sergeant Qiang.
American actor and martial artist Jason Scott Lee is playing the villain Bori Khan. His character seeks to avenge the death of his father.
American actor Utkarsh Ambudkar will play the character of the con artist Skath.
Actor Tzi Ma will play as Mulan’s father Fa Zhou.
According to the report, the war drama film will be shown in theaters in March 2020
