Lilibeth Romero Celebrates 1st Birthday w/out Eddie Garcia
EDDIE GARCIA – Lilibeth Romero is celebrating her first birthday without veteran actor Eddie Garcia today, July 6.
Last June 20, the Philippine entertainment industry lost a legend as Eddie Garcia died. He was in critical condition and in a comatose state for twelve(12) days prior to his passing.
Eddie or also called as “Tito Eddie” or “Manoy Eddie” met an accident at the set of Rosang Agimat, his supposed comeback project with the GMA-7 network.
Countless hearts were broken with the passing of Eddie Garcia. Surely, no one can replace him in the entertainment industry – a legendary actor and filmmaker whose feet are flat on the ground.
Eddie Garcia is survive by Lilibeth Romero, his longtime partner, and his son Erwin Garcia. The veteran actor and his partner were together for more than thirty(30) years before he died.
After his death, Lilibeth flew abroad to have a vacation. Her son, 1-Pacman Representative Mikee Romero, has previously asked prayers not only for the veteran actor but as well as for his mom.
Based on a recent report on Inquirer, Lilibeth Romero is celebrating her birthday today, July 6. It is her first birthday without Eddie Garcia.
Luchi Chanco, the sister of Lilibeth and friend of writer Dolly Anne Carvajal, gave an update about the partner of the late veteran actor.
According to Luchi, during the 90th birthday of Eddie, the family had a steak dinner in Eastwood. They did not know then that it would be his last birthday.
The sister of Lilibeth Romero stated that Eddie Garcia used to give gifts to Lili even if it is not her birthday. As she celebrates her birthday today, her sisters will sleep in her and Ed’s house to cheer her up.
The GMA-7 has previously finished with its investigation and Lilibeth will check on the result as soon as she arrives from Hong Kong based on the report.
The Kapuso network is set to have a meeting with the lawyer of Eddie Garcia’s camp, his son Erwin, and Lilibeth’s sister Peewee.
