Eddie Garcia Partner Regrets Not Saying Goodbye Before He Died

Eddie Garcia partner has this regret.

EDDIE GARCIA PARTNER – Lillibeth Romero, the partner of late actor Eddie Garcia for 33 years, has this regret before he totally passed away.

The whole country and show business industry is mourning and grieving over loss of another legend, one of the movie industry’s gem and veteran actor Eddie Garcia. It was unexpected and never did one person thought that he’ll die caused by an accident that could have been prevented if only there were medics around on standby when the accident happened. But what’s lost can never be taken back. People may blame the network over their alleged negligence but Manoy will never get back to life.

“Eddie passed on yesterday June 20, 2019 and was cremated straight from death bed as he wished. His wake is at the Chapels 2,3 and 4 Heritage Park, Taguig starting today till Sunday. Thank you for the continuous outpouring of prayers, support and love,” says his partner for more than three decades Lillibeth Romero after his painful death based on a previous article.

On the last day of the actor, he was given a full military honors by the Philippine Army. A flag was handed to his partner as sign and symbol of his service for the country as a member of the Philippine Scout troops during the World War II.

In her eulogy, Romero shared her final moments with him in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) where there would be times she would tell him to just go and rest and how she would eventually hesitate to say it for she knows to herself, she doesn’t want him to go yet. Until June 20 came, the moment his vitals went down, she was called immediately and that is where she finally said it – for him to rest already and for him not to think about them as they will be fine.

“I never realized that Eddie is this loved, this respected, and this popular. When I had him, I didn’t realize this because I looked at this [relationship] as man and woman living together… I didn’t really idolize him like a hero, of course, I knew he was my protector. I though he was my superman… To everybody who shared this, you appreciate what you have now. Well, I appreciated him, but you appreciate what you have now because when he’s lost and you don’t know when it will come and the sisi… Not really the sisi, it’s not able to say able you love him, or things like that, or say goodbye… I never said goodbye to him because I thought he was immortal,” she said according to PEP.
