PARENTS – Most people surely include their father and mother in the list of God’s greatest blessings in their lives.
Nine months before we get to see the world, our mothers carried us in their womb while our fathers are doing their very best to provide all that we need and will need in the future.
Both the dad and the mom are surely excited to finally get to hold their bundle of joy that they are willing to go through anything. The pain of childbirth is among the worst – as many moms attested.
But, most mothers agree that the pain instantly diminishes upon hearing their little ones’ first cry. A mom is always ready to get through the same amount of pain again for his or her child.
The moment we were born into this world officially marks the sleepless nights of our parents. They take care of us every minute that they hardly have time to enjoy their meal and bath. We can’t do anything without them but they will do everything for us.
Our parents take care of us 24/7 – no day offs, no holidays, no monthly pays. Their love, support, and care for us can never be paid with any amount. Its being unconditional makes it different from all the other love we will experience in this world.
No matter how we hurt them at times, they are still our run-tos – ready to receive and embrace us. They have forgiven us right even before we commit a mistake. Their love is just unfathomable.
