Netizens reacted to Wowowin contestant who said “what’s up madlang pipol!”
A Wowowin contestant said in Willie Revillame’s game show on GMA, “what’s up madlang pipol!” and this received various reactions from netizens.
Known to many television viewers, the said phrase has become a sort of greeting of hosts on Kapamilya noontime show It’s Showtime to their audience.
Previously, Willie had a phone conversation with hostsVice Ganda and Mariel Rodriguez on the noontime show when a Tawag ng Tanghalan contestant almost mentioned his show.
TNT judge Ogie Alcasid called the game show host during the live episode of It’s Showtime.
Willie granted the request of the said contestant who asked for a toy for his son.
There was also a time when Vice joked about Willie during an episode last March.
Apparently, the situation twisted during the June 17 episode of Wowowin. On that episode, a child contestant named Jed brought laughter to everybody.
When Willie asked him who is his favorite artista, the young boy said two names, Cardo and Ronnie.
He was referring to Cardo Dalisay, the character of Coco Martin in Ang Probinsyano and the other one is Ronnie Alonte.

Then, the game show host told the child to greet his idols because they might be watching. To the surprise of everybody who were watching the show, the Wowowin contestant said, “what’s up madlang pipol!’.
