Latest Weather Updates in PH Released by PAGASA
The state weather bureau PAGASA released the latest weather updates in the Philippines for Monday (June 17, 2019).
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported the current weather condition.
PAGASA said that the southwest monsoon would continue to affect the weather condition over some parts of the country.
The southwest monsoon would bring cloudy weather conditions with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Palawan, Bataan and the Babuyan Group of Islands.
Fair weather conditions with possible isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms are expected over Metro Manila and Luzon.
“Mainit at maalinsangan” (Humid) conditions with chances of isolated rainshowers due to thunderstorms are expected over Visayas and Mindanao.
The rest of the country would have a fair weather condition as “Habagat” slowly moves away from the country.
Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over the Northern Luzon and Aurora Province would be moderate to rough, according to the weather bureau.
