PAGASA Says Southwest Monsoon to Bring Rains Over Most Parts of PH

Latest Weather Updates in PH Released by PAGASA

The state weather bureau PAGASA released the latest weather updates in the Philippines for Saturday (June 15, 2019).

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported the current weather condition.

PAGASA said that the southwest monsoon would continue to affect the weather conditions over most parts of the Philippines.

The southwest monsoon would bring rains over the western section of Luzon particularly in Ilocos region and Zambales.

Cloudy weather conditions with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over the Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, the rest of Luzon and MIMAROPA due to the southwest monsoon.

The localized thunderstorms would bring partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with rainshowers over Metro Manila and the remaining parts of the country.

The weather agency also warned the public of possible flashfloods and landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over the northern and western section of Luzon would be moderate to rough.

The surrounding sea conditions over the rest of the country would be slight to moderate, according to the weather bureau.
