Bacolod native Vickie Rushton is among the beautiful Filipina candidates who aspire to become the next Catriona Gray.
Unfortunately, the 27-year-old celebrity did not win any crown since she got distracted during the question and answer segment of Binibining Pilipinas 2019 pageant.
However, Vickie Rushton bagged several awards such as Manila Bulletin Award, Bb. Poten Cee Gandang Palaban, Jag Denim Queen, Miss World Balance, Miss Creamsilk and Miss Ever Bilena.
In a previous article, the beauty queen confessed that she felt slightly disappointed for not winning the pageant.
“Nasasayangan ako kasi I know kung anong sasabihin ko pero may nang-distract sa akin sa audience. Doon ako nawala. May tumayo at nag-make face,” she said.
Based on a report from PUSH, Vickie Rushton is set to return to the lime light following her controversial stint in the prestigious pageant in the Philippines this year.
The information was revealed by the prominent director, Joey Reyes. He is the filmmaker of “’Till My Heartaches End” and “Kasal, Kasali Kasalo.”
According to the report, Vickie Rushton met with Joey Reyes, producer and screenwriter Rose Monteverde at the Club Filipino in San Juan to discuss her future projects.
The prominent director took to the social media announce Rushton’s return in show business.
