A 75-Year-Old grandpa in Pangasinan returned to school to pursue a degree in Political Science to achieve his dream of finishing college.
Benjamin Naoe looked like one of the school administrators but he is actually a student of the University of Pangasinan.
Lolo Benjamin is a freshman college student who decided to pursue his studies despite his old age.
The old man only got to finish first year high school during his younger years due to financial problem.
The inspiring elderly student was forced to work abroad to support the financial necessities of his family and due to his lack of education.
The senior citizen is giving his dream another shot after his wife passed away and all his children grew up.
Christian Monses, one of Lolo Benjamin’s classmate, said that the elderly student inspired him to finish his studies.
“Isa po ako sa mga estudyanteng na inspire ni lolo, pinatunayan nyo na hindi pa huli ang lahat upang ipagpatuloy ang pag-aaral,” Monses said.
