Fast-Food Manager Attacked by Rude Customer For Not Providing Straw

A rude customer allegedly attacked a fast-food manager for not providing plastic straws in compliance with the “Strawless” policy.

The environmental advocate “strawlessocean.org” believed that plastic straws contribute to millions of plastics polluting the ocean.

Numerous business establishments including fast-food chains have already started to eliminate the use of plastic straws to reduce the ocean pollutions that poses danger to marine life.

Recently, a Facebook user named Imee Joy Urgelles, manager of a certain Jollibee branch has posted the photos of her uniform splashed with soda by a rude customer.

Urgelles said that she was humiliated by a rude customer for having no plastic straws in the fast-food chain due to strawless policy.

However, Imee managed to control her temper and kindly explain the situation and also expressed her gratitude to the customers who understand the company’s advocacy.

Sa customer na nagbuhos sakin ng softdrinks dahil sa “straw less” kami ingat po kayo Mam. Thank you dahil sa inyo napatunayan ko na effective manager ako hindi ko man nabigay ang straw na kailangan mo at least naexplain ko ng maayos kung bakit wala kaming straw.
