This is the result of ABS-CBN stars’ “pagpatol” to the post of Jimmy Bondoc
PAGCOR official and singer Jimmy Bondoc earned popularity because of the “pagpatol” that some ABS-CBN stars did to his post.
It can be recalled that Jimmy posted that he is anticipating the close down of the biggest TV network. He also accused the unnamed station of some anomalies which are unknown to the public.
With this, Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin slammed the post of the singer. Then, ABS-CBN Executive Deo Endrinal posted about gratitude showcasing the photos of Jimmy while he was still a talent of the network.
Several stars from the Kapamilya network also defended the company where they have been working for several years now.
Then, Jimmy Bondoc shared a video clarifying his post as an answer to the malicious news.
As this issue caught the attention of the online community, an article by columnist Ed de Leon in Pang-Masa pointed out why earned popularity.
“Pinatulan kasi,” the article had this title. Apparently, the issue grew when several stars from ABS-CBN noticed the post of the PAGCOR official.
“Sinabi niya na natutuwa siya na may isang malaking network na malapit nang magsara. Hindi naman niya binanggit kung anong malaking network iyon,” the columnist said.
Regarding the “sexual favors” that Jimmy also mentioned in his post, de Leon said that they also heard stories like this. Apparently, these kinds of stories are not knew to them anymore.
“Kami lang eh marami kaming nakukuhang kuwentong ganyan araw-araw eh, sa showbiz pa?” he said in his column.
However, these did not get their interest because they know that whatever network will have their damage control regarding the issues.
He added that because of this Jimmy Bondoc and his post earned popularity, especially that the stars who made “patol” have big numbers of social media followers.
“Hindi nila natabunan kung ano man ang inilabas ni Jimmy Bondoc. Lalo lang lumaki ang issue at mas dumami ang nakaalam noon,” the columnist said.
