Based on an ABS-CBN News report, speaking at UKG today, Manila Mayor-elect Isko Moreno expressed that he plans to remove the towing of vehicles in his city. He revealed the honest reason behind his plan.
According to Moreno, there are irregularities in the implementation of towing in the city that is why he wanted to remove it. He claimed that some officials are using their power not in the right way.
Based on the report, in line with his plan to remove the towing of illegally parked vehicles, Manila mayor-elect Isko Moreno is calling out to the public to willingly abide rules. He also has a message to the people in Manila.
“Yung panawagan ko sa mga tao, magbati-bati na kayo. I don’t want to lead a divided city because at the end of the day, tayo-tayo din magkikita sa finals e,” he said.
