Comelec’s Partial and Official Result of Election 2019 Got Sen. Bam Aquino in Top 12
BAM AQUINO – Philippine Senator Paolo Benigno Aquino IV is included in the Top 12 of the latest Commission on Election (Comelec) partial and official result of the Election 2019 senatorial race.
Undeniably, among the senators whom a lot of people wanted to be included in the Top 12 of the election result is Sen. Bam Aquino. A huge part of his supporters is the youth – the recipient of the free education that he pushed.
Aquino is among the sixty-two (62) candidates vying for one of the twelve(12) seats in the House of Senate that are up for grabs. Undeniably, considering the huge number of candidates, it is a tough fight for each of them.
In the partial and unofficial results previously released, Sen. Bam Aquino did not make it to the Top 12. It saddened a lot of his supporters but many are hopeful as the fight continues.
In the latest partial and official Election 2019 senatorial race result released by the Comelec, Sen. Bam Aquino is one of those in the Top 12. He is on the 12th spot garnering 11,001,047 votes.
The partial and official result wherein Aquino is on the 12th spot is from the over 64% of the election data tallied as of Thursday night. A total of sixty(60) out of 167 certificates of canvass were already tallied.
Based on the report, Aquino is followed by former Senator Bong Revilla and Sen. JV Ejercito who have 10,988,697 and 10,984,412 votes respectively. Visibly, it is a tight race between them as there are little gaps in terms of the number of votes.
Currently, the tallying of the COCs is ongoing. Meanwhile, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) assured that the winners of the senatorial race will be known within this week.
