Here’s Reason Why Tarlac Teachers Guards Vote Counting Machines (VCM) for 3 Days

TARLAC TEACHERS – Here is the reason why these Tarlac teachers guarded the VCM for 3 days.

On Monday, May 13, several teachers nationwide lend their hands for the 2019 mid-term elections.

Some of them will be chairpersons and Board of Election Inspectors. They are the ones in charge of the Vote Counting Machines (VCM).

Based on a report from Rappler, the Department of Education (DepEd) said they will be needing 233,487 teachers to support the 2019 elections.

On the election day, these teachers went to their respective precinct not later than 5 in the morning.

They are packed with the things they needed on their precinct and make sure that the VCM is just inside the room.

Meanwhile, some teachers in Tarlac shared several photos of them with the VCM. They did not leave the electronic machine in their precinct for three days.

Tarlac teachers shared their status on social media and how they handled the situation.

A teacher named Zeny Pascua said she and the other teachers have been guarding the VCM since the Commission on Elections (Comelec) was not able to fetch the machine on their precinct.

It can be seen on the photos that they slept on and beside the machine just to make sure that it is safe.

Tarlac teachers really showed compassion in their jobs. They deserve to be recognized for their solid support for the election.
