Several organizations from all over the world have started advocacy in cleaning up the ocean.
Among these organization is the 4Ocean. Their team works to remove the garbage from the coastlines and the ocean.
One of the members of their organization is a dog named Lila. She is a black Labrador retriever dog that loves diving into the ocean.
A Labradors are considered to be water lovers and if they are trained well, they can be good swimmers like Lila.
Based on a report from Ladbible, the dog caught the attention of the netizens as she did something incredible for mother earth.
She started diving for lobsters until his owner Alex Schulze trained him to collect trash from the sea.
“I am devoted to the ocean and I trained my black lab Lila how to dive underwater and pick up toys.”
“One day while out free diving, I had the idea of trying to get Lila to catch a live lobster. Sure enough she caught a lobster on her first try, and the rest was history,” he added.
The incredible dog has been diving for a while now. Her skills really helped saving the ocean.
It was stated on the video that the plastics they gathered from the ocean will be recycled into bracelets.
